About VitaLink

Less fragmentation.
More connection.

VitaLink is a health-management platform in development, built around a practical idea: everyday care is easier to organize when its pieces are together.

Our story

It started with
the people we love.

In our own families, we watched grandparents and older relatives struggle to keep track of medications, understand their health information and feel in control of their daily care.

A personal experience. A shared purpose.

As nurses working in hospitals, we also see how much patients and families have to manage when they return home. Multiple medications, unfamiliar instructions and follow-up visits can leave people unsure of what comes next.

Those experiences brought us to a shared question: how can we make everyday health management easier to understand, easier to organize and easier to share with the people who help?

Our mission

Help people feel more informed, more supported and more in control of everyday care.

We created VitaLink to bring the pieces of health management together: medications, vital signs, medical records, appointments and family support. For someone managing several medications, a grandparent navigating care at home, or a loved one trying to help, we want the next step to feel clearer.

Our experience in hospitals—and our concern about the difficulties that can bring people back—reinforces why this work matters to us. We aim to support clearer routines and better-prepared care conversations, while building the evidence needed to understand VitaLink’s impact.
